it's supposedly going to be rentals and it's super ugly. close to the subway though.

It's still close enough to that squat wide 1960s-1970s apartment building a block or two down -- one of the ugliest buildings in NY after the Javits Center, can't remember its name -- that nobody will notice how fugly it is.
