ImClone Systems has signed a lease for space in the 1.1 million-square foot facility. The biotechnology company is a subsidiary of Eli Lilly & Co. Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the developer announced the deal Wednesday. Officials broke ground on the $700 million complex in October 2007. The city said it would ultimately generate 2,000 jobs.
