managing open house lists? suggestions?

Ok, so besides the open house feature here. Which are the best ones to use in terms of organization? (print out a list, or export to Excel, et cetera). Many of the areas I'm looking in have brokers that do not list on Streeteasy, sadly. If the post open houses anywhere it is on the Times or on Trulia, maybe Property Shark. Thing is I haven't figured out a good system for collating these lists... it takes hours. Any suggestions?
