64,000 rent for this? Don't think so. It's a beautiful place, well constructed, high end appliances and other details. But my guess is this is on the side that fronts Montauk and all of it's traffic and noise. Aside from that, contact the builder if you want one unfurnished and I'll bet you get a far better deal. Most are unsold
