Looking for & Loving Avalon Properties Area....

Avalon Properties around Houston and Bowery We are a couple looking for rental: 500-1000 sq. ft. (would like to be under $50/sq ft.) would anyone have any suggestions or specifics for us to research? we both possess near perfect credit and employment background. we are also able to make our rent payments in cash if that would compell a landlord to lease to us at a better price... thanks in advance for any guidance anyone may offer us...

Avalon complexes are over-priced dumps. This is first hand knowledge. They don't care about them at all. They build them, fill them up, and then they try to sell it. They don't keep their complexes that long.

Umm.. I actually don't care for the avalon itself, I simply like the area...
as far as them selling them, I was told, "they are NOT for sale..."

I have been told by multiple sources that AVALON is horrible.. and I appreciate the comment...

However, would you have anyplace you would recommend? as far as the area is concerned?
