If you are looking to rent or buy in this building - apt 2B. have the HVAC inspected or replaced. Several Carbon monoxide incidents. Landlord promised to replace the unit and never did. Unit is so old will cost you 3x of what is normal. Dont trust the landlord!! get it in writing. good luck if you dare

Good grief! If you're serious please contact the health department and/or Con Ed right away. Forget the cost, somebody could die in there or experience permanent brain damage from CO.
