Discussion about
Will be looking for October 1st or September 1st move in on the UES. Very new to this, what are some good management companies to look at that will have apartments for rent that are well maintained? Do they have links on this website? Any help is appreciated!

what is the going rate (rental) for a studio on the UES, (say 60-80s, east of 2nd), decent but not mint condition, non-amenity filled small elevator building, or walkup? you know, a typical 1st time place for someone in late 20s moving out on her own for the 1st time?

In a walkup building as 'printer' describes, a studio can be $1400 (top floor) to $1600 on a lower but not ground floor...
