Is there any new information/legislation in NYC law on co-op flip taxes? Any new uniformity on the excessive flip tax? Thanks to all.

There was a thread almost 2 years ago on this topic, and someone said there's a legislation to limit all co-op flip taxes to 4.125%.
I'm asking if anybody (steveF excluded, apparently) hear anything a bout it. How is it "a freud"?
