let's be honest, this place is a DUNGEON, that scary weird space in the basement bedroom- i would be surprised if someone paid 500,000 unless you are a leather guy lookng to build a dungeon, the place just has no possibilities- I just laughed when i saw it- at any price - i would suggest the apartment next door incorporate it into something larger and more useful

Maybe you can't tell from the pictures, but everything other than the kitchen and that glass block wall looks nice to me...

It's fugly, but at under $1k/sf in that nabe, not overpriced. What's with the weird staging? The guitar artfully propped in the dungeon master's lair?
