One Bedrooms on UWS

Hello all. I've been living in the Savannah (condop) and renting from owners for 5 years. I'm in a studio and looking to make the leap to a 1 bedroom. I want to find another condo/co-op and rent from owners. Any suggestions for buildings on the UWS but more in the 60s/70s? I want to spend no more than 2500 and have looked in the Dorchester, Nevada Towers and a few others.
