Has anyone out there heard any buzz about 444 East 82nd Clermnt Tower turning Co-op??

why yes, just this morning my paper buy and I discussed the prospects. Also, the guy at the corner bodega was raving about it. half the people on my subway car were entranced by the prospects. and here at work, a company wide email was sent out regarding same. I for one amy eager with anticipation.
