Discussion about
"It's God's country," Leslie Appleton-Young, chief economist for the California Association of Realtors, told an audience of real-estate agents in 2007. "When is the 30% decline in Marin County's market going to happen? Not in my lifetime." WSJ. Leslie Appleton-Young.... drinks form the phallic bowl of Lawrence Yun. Anyone else whose quotes need to be added here?

I'm not a California expert, but I thought I heard a friend of a friend complaining that some of the choice San Fran hoods had not gone down like the rest of California (Well, there's no comparing Marin County to Bakersfield...DUH!).

I think Leslie needs to update her picture with the prerequisite pitchfork and horns.

WTF? She was/is a professor? Who's her favorite pupil? Ericho75? El-p? Jm? Smithers?
