DO NOT move to 301 east 92nd street (2nd Ave) owned by Sackman. On the third floor walk-up in a 2-bedroom (which now rents for around $2700! I paid 2300 two years ago) there are roaches. Lots of 'em. They're in the basement, too. I can't believe these people think they can get $2700 for this crooked walk-up dump 2bd 10 blocks away from the subway.

Although I have not seen the place, $2700 for two bedrooms is not so bad, even though you are a mile from the subway and in a dumpy walk-up. Besides, every building in NYC has cockroaches, and many have rats.

the Subway is on 96 Street/Lexington the apartment is on 92nd and second ave. Thats not a mile in my book. Does anyone know why Sackman uses a broker (keyah) . It seems they are affiliated in some way.
