Wow! This place would be a steal at the original $2200, but $1500 for what looks to be about 160 sqft on the ground floor, and it's sure to gone in a flash. I can't believe it's been on the market for over a year.

Althon, aka the broker for 112 east 7th street. This has to be one of the worst apartments I've ever seen. Anyone who would pay $1500 for a closet on Saint Marks is a total moron.
