ok - here is what I need - an architect/designer who is not 5th avenue snooty - has some great fun ideas and is easy to work with. also - is not a fortune. we need to gut renovate a 2000 sf apt and I am trying to get all of my ducks in a row. I would appreciate all contacts/references as we need to get the ball rolling. again, not a high end Park/5th architect - need a down to earth person who can run with the project thanks so much
