Does anyone know what is going on here with the sponsor? All of a sudden the sponsor dumped 60 units on the market (with tenants) and is also offering to sell all sponsor units as a package. Any info is appreciated.

Looks as if this holder of unsold shares bought them from the sponsor in 2005 for $20M, has sold several since then as tenants died or moved out, and now wants to unload the remainder for $26M. No telling why.

They're asking silly prices for occupied units. Wait, you get to spend 750k on an apt that's going to cost you an extra $200/month because rent doesn't even cover maintenance?
