Discussion about The Avery at 100 Riverside Boulevard in Lincoln Square

Hi everyone - My husband and I are interested in renting at the Avery. I am hoping to avoid paying a broker's fee and negotiate directly with the owner. Hi - My girlfriend and I are also interested in renting at the Avery and would like to avoid a broker's fee. We are looking for a 1br. We are both in our mid-late 20s, working professionals, who will take great care of your home. We have a small dog who is very well trained so hopefully that is not an issue.
