Shout- outs for Good, Heads-up for Bad Rental Agents, Brokers?

S a sort-of sister thread to the Shout-Outs for good experiences with For Sale brokers, what about rentals? I am stepping up my search for a rental . We owned in M'hattan for about 15 years but moved away for 3. We are renting in Westchester now but I really want to get back "home". I have never used brokers so have no firsthand knowledge. Still, there are names and agencies some , the listings from which, I tend to dismiss out of hand (is it ok for me to name them?). Are there any I should stay away from? Any that you've had a good experience with? Many thanks! h
