Discussion about
Put deposit down for apartment, was about to sign the lease, but building was unfinished. When I questioned the landlord he said to take it or leave it, initially offering to give us our deposit back. When we decided the next day not to rent, he said he is keeping the deposit. Renters beware, of this building and his many others.

Any advise to get our deposit back would be appreciated, but I understand its a well spent amount not to have to live there.
