is it just me, or SOFI has the darkest least-lively streets at night? esp on Madison.... it's downright dreadful

Well then how can Madison Square Park North area be South of Fifth Avenue??? That would make sense below Washington Square Park but not there

SOFI is a new neighborhood branding that doesn't necessarily mean Fifth Ave only. it's basically the limbo bounded by midtown to the north, murray hill/gramercy to the east, flatiron to the south, and chelsea to the west. Madison Square Park is basically the southern tip of SOFI.

another FYI, Fifth Ave terminates at Washington Sq Park North (at the arch)...besides...any part of Fifth Ave below 14th St is considered Village already

Well that makes it rather simple. So what is the preferred name for this area? SoFi or Madison Square Park North? I live in what I call Madison Square Park North, but is it better to say SoFi?
