this bldg is a mess

just saw these apt for rent. these apt are not 1300 sq,more like 750-800. rooms are very small.bldg is not very well kept. there is a mildew smell in hall and hall and walls are dirty and cracking.garbage area is disgusting. i spoke to 1 person that lives there and she said heat is not very good in winter and board does not spend much money on upkeep of bldg. renter beware!!!!!!!!!!1

there is very little heat in this blgd.....services are non existant
