Avalon Fort Greene (what a rip off)

I'm not sure which is the worse mistake... confusing it with Manhattan... or the good parts of Brooklyn. Its next to the projects!

I have to ask - what is a cardio theater? The location is pretty terrible - not a fun walk to the trains since you pretty much have to cross Flatbush or Tillary. If they get these prices (which I don't understand, but hey, maybe they'll get them), I'm not sure what kind of precedent it sets for downtown Brooklyn, but there's a lot of rentals coming on line in the area.

A reality check is needed.

When the flatscreen is in front of the treadmill. I think officially it means when they have headphones on each machine and "channels" for each TV you might be looking at.
