I guess there aren't too many Beekman/Sutton types on this site, alas. I love what Dorothy Parker said about the area - "It's so far east, you can grow tea!"
What type of info are you looking for?
Do you know anything about the building, the neighbors, the block, the area. Do you or someone you know live there? What is the board like? I guess it's more of a social issues question 'cause I know I've got the hots for that apartment.
Super is excellent, staff is very professional. Board is tough, but fair. It is a very solid building.

The only apartment currently for sale is a beauty. I have been in it. Great terrace, nice layout.
