If this person really works for CitiHabitats haven't they just destroyed themselves? Didn't we go over this 12-18 months ago about REBNY ethic requiring disclosure?

do you really have enough ego to think that anything anyone says in this forum is enough to "destroy" a large successful firm patient?

If you don't sell, why do you deserve the commission? What purpose do you serve?
You fill out paperwork? Wow...a monkey could do that

so what do you do that I couldn't while at work? Search listings?

I've talked to enough brokers, as i pointed out before my time has been wasted by them and I'm not wasting anymore meeting them and having them walk me into places I could see on my own
but thanks for the offer hot dog

i don't "sell" ie, i don't persuade people to buy anything, rent anything that they don't want.

and you absolutely do not have access to all of the listings i do, period.

You absolutely don't have access to "all" the listings either...there are exclusive's other brokers have and they post on craigslist in some cases, and you refuse to check.
so wouldn't i be better off just checking SE and craigslist?

and are you really going to claim apt's are renting as quickly as they did 2 years ago?

MANAGING DIRECTOR

O: 212-774-3800 | F: 212-737-3570

Currently managing director of the thriving Citi 14 on the Upper East Side, Brian heads an office of over 50 agents, with responsibilities that range from overseeing operations, training and supporting agents and streamlining deals to optimizing client service.

In the office all day (posting), top 3-4% of co's brokers, got 2-3 rentals pending, wife with daughter on the way (hope he doesn't call her the word the called AR -- really we should all take up a collection now for her future therapy) and hubris out the wazoo. Would an employer have much trouble figuring it out. Unless it is a 13 yr. old in which case i day kudos to you kid, you should apply right now at CH cause you have got the goods for that kind of firm.

azmino, a number of your posts are inappropriate. Additionally, generally employees of most businesses are frowned upon for stirring things up publicly in the name of their firm or with a clear identification of their firm.

However, I find that the other side of the equation in this less-than-pleasant online discussion won't win many points either. A few of the people have clearly stated that they wouldn't do business with any broker and seem hostile with a potential tendency toward violence. So their significance with respect to your behavior is worth questioning.

I suppose a street fight doesn't make anyone look too good.

I'm a renter.
These days I don't need a broker.
But there were times when I did.
Ultimately I did the cost benefit analysis, and only when I was able to get a unique Greenwich Village property once was it really worth it.
Now I know the market well.
I think azmino's clients don't really know the market well. So they pay. Then they get a chance to learn and don't have to pay later.
That's how it works.

wow. it's amazing how the biggest social rejects out there come on this site and act like they're the greatest thing since sliced bread, insult everyone, use extremely offensive language, and are then shocked and appalled when the existing community issues a collective "f*ck off." who are all these haters who come here looking for a fight? do they think they're finally gonna win, everyone will take their side for once and then can they then jerk off all over their keyboards for being accepted in a social situation for the first time in their life? forget the streeteasy login, go get a shrink for godssake. talk about anger management..
