Discussion about
they opted not to record them at the 85th street address. so there are two pages for the building. to see the TWELVE closings, you need to look at the 150 East 86th Street page. http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/building/150-east-86-street-manhattan
good one. any speculation as to why? assume it must have something to do with manipulation of public perception - this is a core activity of real estate developers after all. however, it isn't immediately obvious to me what extell think they might be gaining in this case.
bump
AR, what do you think?
clearly they don't want to have it spread around that they've only closed 12 units. but it does interest me as well that they bothered to obfuscate.
maybe they're worried that somehow the information will then spread more easily to a source that has a wider-read audience. teri from the NYTimes, for example, reads here. the people who work at SE have been quoted quite frequently in the press recently. i think they just want to avoid any comments.
things aren't looking so hot at the Lucida.
