Discussion about Millennium Tower Residences at 30 West Street in Battery Park City
they are all flippers. there is also another condo building going up right next door......
Someone explain this to me - for what appears to be the same apt. line:
This is asking $2.9M

These are asking about 1.3M LESS

Fine, the first one is probably on a much higher floor, but 1.3M more??? Also considering the sellers in this building are getting squeezed hard, how can they be asking this price??
Imagine that - sellers realized they couldn't get 2.9M so they dropped their asking 10% after being on the market 2 weeks..

Little black arrows everywhere
This apt at 30 West St. is the only 2 bed 2 bath with full river views. I don't like the layout with a bedroom door right by the kitchen counter. Prices definitely vary from low floors to higher floors but they really are holding out for high prices on all of them.
Does anyone know why taxes vary so much from unit to unit in this building? it seems like foe same size lower floor taxes are so much higher adn visa versa.
