I was letting prospective buyers know this is a nice building. I do not own an apt. here. What value did your comments add - 'anonymous'?

I lived in this bldg years ago. It's horrendous. The conditions, the mice, the filth in the lobby, the cheapness of the owners. Just awful. Rental tenants come and go every year once they realized they are over paying. Even the outside of the building is filthy. A building employee once told me the building was broke. Someone should look at the NY Post and see how the owner of the building has a pimp. Just an awful experience.

As a single unit condo owner in the building, I can tell you that anonymous301 is an idiot. The building is extremely well maintained and is in great financial condition. The lobby is clean, the hallways have been redone and all the elevators modernized. The owner has poured a ton of money into the building and the staff is all fantastic. Not sure what anonymous301 was trying to get at, but pay no attention to this moron.

Ironically, the Owner listed two apartments 4 days ago and at the same time someone, under the guise of "Ignoreanonymou301" has stated that "Anonymous301" is an idiot. The answers are in the evidence. Take a look: go to http://www.nyc.gov/html/hpd/html/home/home.shtml and type in the address. Look at the complaints.
