Anyone know the closing price on unit 12F? Or if it closed? Has been in contract for a few months. Will be interesting to see comp with 13F.

Bellmarc reported #12F as closed last week. No indication of the price, so we'll have to wait for the tax filing.

Looks like 12F closed for 3.4 and 13F closed for 2.9--guess the price difference is due to condition?
