I also think most RE brokers add little to no value and that they got used to making easy money during the bull market and now cant comprehend the bear market. I also cant stand how people are relying on wall st to have a great bonus year in the hopes that the people left on the street who work thier a$$es off will just start writing checks so they can make easy money again. such poor behavior.
