Not the last picture and the prominently-displayed propane tank. http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/rental/567366-condo-422-east-72nd-street-lenox-hill-new-york It's bad enough that you are not 10 ft away from the building (illegal #1), that you have something directly flammable overhead (illegal #2), that you chosen propane over charcoal (illegal #3), but must you flaunt it so? OK, who wants to inform the NYFD?
