Does anyone know if this is a worthwhile apartment to look at to buy. What is the location like and is it a good investment.. They are asking for 669K for a 700+sq ft apartment. thanks

Price sounds high, but at least you'll be among cooler people than the snobs in Manhattan.

close to the subway but priced really high. the L train in the morning is crazy at that stop too. Do you live in the area now?

Seems really expensive for Brooklyn. I like the neighborhood, but the price doesn't seem right.

#1 here. Sorry I gave the wrong figures. Its 669K for 960 sq. ft. Does that make it better?
I eventually need to take the G to Midtown. It seems like an easy transfer from L to G at that point. Anyone knows how easy it is?
