Uh, hmm, looked at the neck. That's not my problem. The whole Seniors and trapped equity is the problem. The way you get rid of trapped equity is you replace it with debt. Is that really the solution in today's economy? Hope this isn't in response to concerns over Obamacare.

I have no problem with her bio, except that it's badly written, contains a lot of info that's not useful to potential clients -- and it's freaky that it mentions her full name so frequently. But I have more of a problem with the original poster, who seems to have no point whatsoever.

oldbroker: The original poster may have been alluding to the angle of your head. Strange post in any case. Don't let the trolls get to you.

By the way, I think it's nice that a recent, honest photo accompanies your bio. A lot of agents seem to post airbrushed, circa-1994 headshots from their failed careers as actors. The reality is often disappointing.

Don't most of the buyer firms that give rebtes give a full 2/3rd s back?

Why is NYC where home prices are higher an even lower rebate? Unless the buyer broker really does some serious work that the seller broker can't do, why do they get so much?

Wow, of all the possible things to pick on.

I think the tilted head is supposed to convey empathy.

The picture clearly portrays Klara. She is more interested in performing well at what she does than sporting one of those fake photoshoped broker's smile. She is not about marketing and bullshitting. She is about being serious, and helpful, and honest. And there is a lot of people who knows her, since she has been doing this for ages. West81st referred me to her, and I am thankful to him for that.

This is the first time when reading a blog that I've spit my drink up my nose, that was so funny when I clicked through. My husband things Im an idiot though.

But just goes to show, broker can't keep her story straight, can't keep her head on straight.

Dumb thread (though it got me to click on it) but there are a couple of interesting points that aren't often discussed in real estate in New York, like
1 - Taking out trapped equity, is that like in today's New York Times about how these new markets for life insurance? Taking advantage of old people.
2 - Accredited home stager. Is that much more than a glorified housekeeper? Or something more sinister where brokers are trying to deceive buyers?
3 - Real estate refunds. I noticed how their site gives nothing more specific than a refund of a unspecified percentage.

Actually, falco, she is very cool. Given your humanistic, intelligent, cultured posts, I bet she would be the kind of person you'd like to meet. Uncool is the fake marketing smile that many brokers sport. NY is not LA. Fortunately.
