West River House - 424 West End Avenue

Anyone have any opinions on this recently renovated building? I went to see a few apartments this past weekend and it seemed like a hotel: gorgeous gym, 360 degree roof deck, laundry on every floor, dry cleaner in lobby, completely renovated lobby and excellent location. Too good to be true? -- There did seem to be some disparity between the condition of apartments, though. Some were completely renovated with hardwood floor strips and some still had parque. Some has nice molding, while some had none. All of the kitchens and bathrooms we saw were renovated, though. Has anyone lived there? Tried to rent there? Any thoughts? Thanks!!!!
