I would like to see an "exclude from future search" feature added to the listings. It is annoying to scroll through page after page of listings for "500 Fourth Ave" when I know I have no interest in that building. Would also LOVE a feature whereby I could exclude whole address blocks from searches (ie., nothing on Fourth Ave in park slope).

I would like to see a "number of posts" next to a poster's name so we can recognize the multiple accounts, lookalike names and false echochambers.

I sent feed back to SE on the topic of user post's to "talk". I don't see why someone can post under different names at all. They should have to register different accounts if they want to do that; certainly not a barrier but it is a hassle compared to just posting on the discussion board as a different user name all time.
