wonderful building - lots of charm. good amount of roaches too, but the building has an exterminator who comes quickly. very good value for this location

OMG- does that bring back memories!! My boyfriend (now my husband( had the ultimate bachelor pad back in the 80's in that building - sunken living room beamed ceilings Now, would look much too small - dining platform was only about 7' wide - but, great party place\ with steps on two sides of the living room.
