I recently rented my furnished apartment thru this company. www.platinumstays.com Very professional. Good way to earn higher rent in this market. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to rent a furnished apartment or just sublet for the days they wont be staying in it. I will continue to use them.

I would never own an apartment in a condo that would allow owners to rent out for less than a year. Too transient.
