That's not true steve, you proved that whatever happens to the mean of NJ properties (specifically Wayne) this past month can be used to forecast what will happen in Manhattan 24 months from now. We are all still anxiously waiting the white paper. Are you writing it with your friends that proved that Albany was the same as Manhattan?
