Recommendation for an inspector for Long Island City condo

LICComment. He will inspect your apartment and tell you it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, worth far more than what you're paying for it.

My wife and I used Accurate Building Inspectors. Our inspector's name was Larry Ubell. Many years in the business. It was for a building in LIC. He was great - 718-265-8191. Curious which building you are looking at. We ultimately did not buy the unit after getting the report and bought in a different building in LIC instead.

i recommend riversider (redbaiter)--he will tell you umpteen contradictory things--send you many links he's not read, a you tube or two hes watched--and then condemn the concept due to the communist infiltration of the neighborhood

you can find him mumbling somthing about more death taxes via usps run death panels out on the street in front of the local acorn office
