Discussion about
I’ll be away this summer and would like to sublet my fully furnished and equipped 2 BR / 1 Bth apt on 88th between York & EEA. Everything in the apt is brand new. Quiet 25-unit elevator building – no doorman. Apt is on 4th floor and very sunny. Dates (flexible) 6/15 – 8/15/07. Rent $3,500/month. Either email me for more info, floorplan, pics: clausubletnyc@hotmail.com or post your comments here. Thanks!
What are you so hard up for money you need to rent out your apt for 2 months to pay for you vacation?Tell m what give me your address I'll send you a check for the two months just to get you off this board.
Why don't you go ahead and send me $7K too tough guy if it is so worthless to you? Do you actually think you should be on this board instead of #1?
How do you it's a tough guy> i think it's a very nice little old lady who's sick of stupid OP's
I meant to say how do you know it's a tough guy making an offer.
it actually sounds like a good deal!
#2, you sound like the stupid type. I'll send you MY address & you can send ME a check for 7K. NOW, instead of acting the fool, can we find this person a sublet for the apartment?
Seven thou is seven thou. Good Luck !
so what if they want to rent out their place....thats what these boards are for !!
# 7 You sound like a real jackass encouraging and recommending that people use these board to advertise apts for rent.
I am a real jackass. Now - back to our friends' apartment. If you think it's inappropriate, say so. There is no good in insulting people. This isn't the first such post I've seen on Streeteasy.
Sorry, OP, there are some odd folk on this site. Good luck with your sublet.
streeteasy--- is there anyway to get the people who wrote comments 2 and 11 off the board---
civility is a trait to be commended--- good luck finding a renter
the asshole comments made on this - I bet you is a broker not wanting business taken away from him/her/it - thus discouring other people to try to rent out on their own.
