Discussion about
Crain's cover story this week (not available online for free)... Apartments over $10 mil contract signings are down 75% August 2009 vs. August 2008. It also notes a "bumper crop" of new listings since Labor Day, and then get a quote from a broker saying this is a GOOD sign for the market. Brokers are always good for a laugh...

Ain't that the truth.
You should see our office supply closet. We have the 3x3 pads galore, and not just in the pale yellow but all of the pastel colors. Not to mention those 1.5x1" stickies. Who uses them anyway, so small? The 3x5 are kind of a waste and really the 3x3 are just fine. I personally like the 5x7 ones, can take a lot of notes on them and then post them on my wall by my monitor. But we have way too many of those too. WAY too many and they are seriously begging for people in our office to use them, even for free we can't get rid of the supply we have, let alone try to sell them for $10 million.
