i guess a more specific question would be if the building is well run. any input would be appreciated.
This building is very well- run and has lovely staff and people living here.
Does this building have any vermin problem ?
Yes, this is a well run building, nothing fancy this is why the maintenance is LOW. Lovely Garden area in the back of the building
For shareholders. Pet friendly, garage bike and storage area. LAUNDRY room on the floor, plus I. The basement

This building has been stepping up to the plate, the have 2 new elevators, repaved the sidewalks and refinished the lovely garden area for shareholders and family members to enjoy. Plus the Hallways and Lobby is slotted to be renovated by Fall, unfortunately (Covid) has held up the renovations.
