I love Riversider's posts! I appreciate his/her efforts to keep us informed. Thanks Riversider.

I always check Riversider's threads because they are always informative even if they sometimes don't interest me. I thought his posts on the Rushmore issue were very thought provoking and I believe that issue might be a huge catalyst for the NY re market, depending on what happens with the AG. In fact, I'd like to hear River's update on that issue.

He cut & pastes entire articles from other websites. We read morning news too. Not very thought provoking on his part, just steals others hard work, and usually the posts takes up several screen pages worth of real estate. What's even more pathetic is he's basically talking to himself and responding to his comments. One of his discussions with 20 comments will have 17 comments by himself.

We don't need RIverisders copy/ pasted articles. We already have something that does that: Google News.
