A lot of the units were sponser units. The other half was the big turnover from last year (2006) 10% increase in maintenance. This year was just over 3%.

I moved in last year and I am finishing up my renovations. I personally love my space. The common areas could use a fix-up but I am sure they will be done eventually.

All the people that I have met so far as well as the building staff are really friendly. I personally feel good about my decision to buy here.

Thx. What was the justification for the 10% increase? Also, how often have they had increases?

I wasn't an owner back when it was a 10% increase so I am not sure why. I don't recall the last few year increases. Are you looking at the one-bedroom that is available?
