let's do away with rental real estate agents

i think we should do away wth rental brokers - they are all dishonest and even if they are not to begin with, the nature of the business make them so. Too much competition, cut throat, commission only, everybody-can-be-a-real estate agent kind of thing is fertile ground for dubious dealings. If there are no agents/brokers, and it's just tenant-landlord or management company, there wouldn't be any need to pocket listings, hide keys from other agents, lie about the "this is one of a kind" sales pitch, charge us extremely high commissions. If we have to have real estate agents in this world, I suggest the brokers be more selective with who they sponsor.
