This is more like 1000 square feet, at the most, and the photo of the balcony is very misleading as it has an awful view and is not as big as the carefully-angled photo suggests.

Agree. I saw it and was very disappointed. Decent building, and the finishes looked OK, but the bedrooms were tiny, the noise from Bowery was very loud and the balcony offered very little view or charm. (The picture on the website is of the common roof deck, not the private balcony.) Methinks further price cuts are required.
