I second this request, would love to know more!

Last thing I could find on google was an approval to convert floors 2 thru 6 to residential condos.
That approval was in Jan '09.

I walk by the building pretty often, I really like the way they have rehabbed the facade.

Walked by yesterday and there is a stop work order due to unsafe construction posted on the front door.

Thanks! I just happened to walk by this morning, it doesn't look like there's been any progress since September. I had been wondering if the site was stalled.
