Be aware that the sqftage for the bedroom is counted even though it cuts into the loft space.

And theres a 200+ assessment per month on top of the common/RET.

Has anyone seen this apartment? What condition is it in (kitchen, baths, etc.)? Why the huge price discrepancy between it and the other units in the building (6 H - similar lay out and sq ft - it does have 2 bath instead of 1.5 - sold for $1,125,000)? How long does the asesment last? Thanks
