I used to rent in this building and expected this could be a great condo. Things seemed to have slowed down due to some tenants. The pricing is a bit interesting and they are not renovating all the apartments. Any thoughts on this conversion?

Took a look there-in general conversions/renovations have not impressed me. They have merged 1bed + studio into 2BR-weird plans, also no good public schools in the zone. Its always best to go down to the site and take a look.
