We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment on the UES with W/D in unit and playroom. Any sggestions?

Ive shown a couple of units at Miraval Living, 515 E 72nd. If you dont mind being on york ave, the building has a pool and basketball court and soon will have a large and private lawn. I believe there will be a kids room at some point, but the other ameneties make up for it. Also, the street has a cul-de-sac and another outdoor area that is nice for kids... there are a few 2br rentals there with w/d ensuite.

The Wellington at 350 E 82nd has a few for rent
