8F and 10F, identical floorplans, check the difference in square footage.

They're both wrong. In the condo declaration both are 898. That's measured from the inside of the walls, so to compare with most newer condos you'd have to add full- or half-thickness of the walls.

The 751 must be a programming error on SE's part: the listing for 8F doesn't list any square footage, but the CC's are $751 a month.
